Participants exhibited notable increase positive emotions, whereas reductions negative emotions less pronounced and, some cases, even showed slight increase. Approximately half experienced decrease symptoms, demonstrating greater compared therapy. Additionally, qualitative feedback widespread acceptance tools, recognizing their potential social body image anxiety. While shows promise enhancing reducing anxiety, its addressing remains inconclusive. study highlights need for extended periods, larger sample sizes, further refinement tools optimize therapeutic outcomes. Future research should explore long-term efficacy improve human-computer interaction
