Background: Digital health interventions have the potential to improve at a large scale globally by improving access healthcare services and health-related information, but they tend benefit more affluent privileged groups than those less privileged. Methods: In this narrative review, we describe how 'digital divide' can manifest across three different levels reflecting inequalities in access, skills benefits or outcomes (i.e. first, second, tertiary digital divide). We also discuss four key causes of divide: (i)) literacy as fundamental determinant; (ii) other personal, social, community, societal level determinants; (iii) technology intervention development contribute to; (iv) current research practice exacerbates divide developing biased evidence base. Finally, formulate implications for research, policy, practice. Results: Specific recommendations include keep measurement instruments up date with fastpaced technological changes, involve diverse populations evaluation research. For policy practice, examples are insist on inclusive accessible design ensure support enactment prioritises most vulnerable divide. Conclusion: conclude highlighting importance addressing that technologies' inevitable presence grows, it does not leave who could from innovative behind.

This study explores the information–communication discourse in modern recruitment by applying Design Thinking (DT) methodology to enhance employee selection and integration strategies. By incorporating digital tools empathetic approaches, this examines innovative practices that improve candidate experience ensure alignment with organizational culture. follows DT framework, encompassing empathy, problem definition, ideation, a research sample including candidates, employees, HR professionals. Methods such as desk research, interviews, diary methods, P/C matrix diagonalization, supported original metrics, assess effectiveness of these approaches. The findings highlight tools, particularly gamification online assessments, significantly quality, increase efficiency, reduce hiring time, cultural alignment. Additionally, develops informational constructs knowledge, skills, attitudes, offering deeper insights into key factors for successful hiring. integrating new media technological solutions, contributes transforming traditional more candidate-centred processes. Further evaluation through complementary studies is recommended determine long-term impact on outcomes success.

This study primarily examined whether architecture students consider themselves thinkers and how this affects their design thinking, digital competency, engagement in sustainable inclusive practices. Next, also the students’ HCST profiles, stability, roles motivation, risk propensity human-centered design. Using person-oriented approach cluster analysis, sample Polish from three universities (n = 208) was classified based on self-perceived ability. Three profiles were identified, namely high, average, low HCST.
