El tecnoestrés, definido como la dificultad de adaptarse a las tecnologías, ha cobrado relevancia en el ámbito educación superior, intensificándose con pandemia COVID-19. Afecta tanto estudiantes docentes, alterando bienestar mental y calidad educación. Este estudio examina tecnoestrés universidades América Latina Europa, enfocándose cómo diferencias regionales, infraestructurales culturales influyen su impacto. objetivo central este es investigar fenómeno del utilizando un marco desajuste multidimensional persona-entorno. Se busca comprender diferentes dimensiones ajuste persona-entorno, persona-organización, persona-tecnología persona-personas, contribuyen conjuntamente al tecnoestrés. adoptó enfoque cualitativo, entrevistas semiestructuradas grupos focales profesores Europa. naturaleza exploratoria descriptiva, enfocado describir experiencias percepciones los participantes, sin establecer relaciones causales. Los resultados muestran una alta incidencia entre estudiantes, significativas regiones. En se reportaron niveles más altos posiblemente debido infraestructura tecnológica acceso recursos capacitación. relaciona consecuencias psicológicas físicas adversas, afecta negativamente rendimiento académico productividad docente. resalta creciente implicaciones multifacéticas superior. sugiere importancia desarrollar enfoques integrales para gestión, considerando factores individuales, contextuales culturales. Las instituciones educativas deben reconocer aspecto crítico que impacta enseñanza aprendizaje, promoviendo uso equilibrado saludable tecnología.

There has been a plethora of research on technological readiness and online learning self-efficacy across several fields in recent years.
