Abstract
Chromosomal
inversions
can
play
an
important
role
in
divergence
and
reproductive
isolation
by
building
maintaining
distinct
allelic
combinations
between
evolutionary
lineages.
Alternatively,
they
take
the
form
of
balanced
polymorphisms
that
segregate
within
populations
until
one
arrangement
becomes
fixed.
Many
questions
remain
about
how
inversion
arise,
are
maintained
over
long
term,
ultimately,
whether
contribute
to
speciation.
The
long‐snouted
seahorse
(
Hippocampus
guttulatus
)
is
genetically
subdivided
into
geographic
lineages
marine‐lagoon
ecotypes,
with
shared
structural
variation
underlying
lineage
ecotype
divergence.
Here,
we
aim
characterize
variants
reconstruct
their
history
suspected
formation.
We
generated
a
near
chromosome‐level
genome
assembly
described
genome‐wide
patterns
diversity
through
analysis
112
whole‐genome
sequences
from
Atlantic,
Mediterranean,
Black
Sea
populations.
By

analysing
linked‐read
sequencing
data,
found
evidence
for
two
chromosomal

Abstract
This
study
determined
the
optimum
feeding
frequency
for
Hippocampus
reidi
breeders
by
evaluating
their
zootechnical
and
reproductive
parameters,
quality
of
larvae
(resistance
to
starvation),
fatty
acid
profile
oocytes.
Twelve
breeding
couples
(aprox.
27g;
18
cm
per
individual)
were
fed
daily
with
enriched
caridean
shrimp
Palaemon
sp.
until
apparent
satiation
during
101
days.
Four
frequencies
tested
in
triplicate:
one
(F1),
two
(F2),
three
(F3)
four
(F4)
feedings
day.
Breeders
from
both
sexes
just
once
a
day
had
lower
weight
gain
specific
growth
rates
than
other
treatments
(P<0.05).

Syngnathidae,
переважна
частина
яких
має
охоронний
статус.
Вивчення
цих
риб
надає
можливість
їх
збереження
і
подальшого
відтворення
природних
популяцій.
Аналіз
популяцій
морського
коника
свідчить
про
наявність
складних
поведінкових
вибору
партнера,
який
залежить
від
оперативного
загального
співвідношення
статей
в
популяції
певний
період
часу.
Відхилення
нормального
може
порушувати
соціальну
організацію
впливати
на
життєздатність
цілому.
При
доступності
партнера
можливо
явище
полігінії,
але
генетична
моногамія
є
обов’язковою
для
всіх
Hippocampus.Зміна
статевих
ролей,
внутрішньостатева
конкуренція
самок,
у
популяціях
морських
коників
тривалий
час
вважалась
характерною
рисою,
притаманною
усім
представникам
цього
роду.
Але
сучасні
дослідження
спростовують
це
уявлення.
Доведено,
що
статеві
ролі
пластичними,
зміни
мають
винятково
пристосувальний
характер,
залежать
багатьох
факторів,
підтверджує
перспективність
подальших
даного
явища.В
ході
аналізу
Hippocampus
виділено
наступні
соціальні
особливості:
виняткова
прив’язаність
до
місця
існування;
самців
самок
територіальних
зон,
розмір
видовою
ознакою;
зон
соціальних
зустрічей,
які
проявляються
формі
взаємних
привітань
або
залицянь;
прояви
агресивної
захисної
поведінки
характерні
лише
самців,
рідкісним
явищем
виникають
як
результат
внутрішньостатевої
конкуренції.
