Актуальность:
Отбор
сперматозоидов
является
важным
этапом
любой
программы
вспомогательных
репродуктивных
технологий
(ВРТ),
поскольку
он

программ.Материалы
методы:
В
исследование
были
включены
609
циклов
интрацитоплазматической
инъекции
(ICSI),
в
которых
использовались
разные
продвинутые
подходы
к
сперматозоидов,
том
числе
традиционная
ICSI
(контрольная
группа),
морфологическая
(IMSI),
физиологическая
(PICSI),
микрофлюидная
магнитно-активируемая
селекция
(МАСS).
Статистический
анализ
выполнялся
базе
программного
обеспечения
GraphPad
Prism
9.5.1.
Уровень
значимости
P≤0,05
считался
достоверным.Результаты:
Согласно
полученным
данным,
приводят
улучшению
эмбриологических
показателей
программ.
Морфологическая,
магнитная
достоверно
повышали
частоту
оплодотворения
сравнении
с
контрольной
группой
(p=0,0122;
p=0,0074;
