UNSTRUCTURED Objective: This study aimed to compare the effects of app-based (online) and in-person (offline) concurrent training interventions on executive function in obese overweight college students, providing insights for developing effective intervention strategies. Methods: Sixty-nine male participants aged 20 30 years with a BMI between 25 35 were recruited Beijing; after screening, 65 included.
