Depressive symptoms and the severity of osteoporosis in cancer survivors significantly affect patient's quality life. The correlation between depressive this population has not been examined prior studies. This cross-sectional study utilized National Health Nutrition Examination Survey data from 2005 to 2020 explore patients. We confounder-adjusted multivariate logistic regression models examine relationship symptoms. Subgroup interaction analyses were performed according age gender detect potential differences among various demographic groups. Furthermore, smoothing curve fitting subgroup employed evaluate nonlinear association bone mineral density symptom scores. Two thousand one hundred fifty-five adult patients satisfied inclusion exclusion criteria recruited research. Statistical analysis demonstrated a significant negative risk developing after controlling for multiple variables [OR 0.57, 95% CI (0.46-0.70), p < 0.01]. revealed more pronounced associations women 0.18, (0.12-0.27), 0.01] older adults 0.09, (0.06-0.13), smooth results displayed W-shaped was especially prominent analyses. demonstrates incidence survivors, notably evident elderly female populations. Our research addresses depressed revealing that may alleviate psychological distress enhance life population. A patients, particularly survivors. Additionally, observed depression scores, with greater significance group.
