Purpose This study proposes a new framework for business process improvement (BPI) by identifying areas of based on customer complaints. Design/methodology/approach The proposed comprises several stages. first stage captures the voice (VoC) in form complaints are processed using text mining and sentiment analysis. Negative sentiments indicate matching words with SERVQUAL dimensions. FMEA method is used to identify processes that need be improved. How companies respond to climate change is an important issue. Using data on China's A-share listed and employing a text analysis method generate measure of firm-level risk exposure, this study investigates how corporate exposure(CCRE) affects cash holdings in extended framework the precautionary motive holdings. The results show that CCRE negatively associated with because perceived investment opportunities greater exposure shrink; moreover, they use much more trade credit. Furthermore, CCRE's negative effect pronounced for small those higher financial constraints, highly competitive industries, weaker local speculative environments. findings provide insights into adapt when managing their liquidity; these are useful governments supporting companies' sustainability.

The increasing intensity and frequency of extreme climate events have made improving the adaptability to a strategic imperative for manufacturing companies. This paper investigates whether enterprises increase green technology innovation affected by different events. Based on panel data Chinese listed enterprises, we show that precipitation can positively promote innovation, yet temperature do not.
