This paper provides a comparative analysis of green building strategies in circular cities from an architectural perspective. It focuses on Belgrade, Serbia, which has temperate continental climate, and Podgorica, Montenegro, with mild subtropical climate. The data were gathered through online questionnaire disseminated among 140 architects both cities. A five-point Likert scale was applied, the analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS, version 23). Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability testing, group comparison methods employed to ensure valid, reliable, transparent framework processing interpreting research data. By analyzing locally available materials, technologies, climate factors, found that adoption economy principles does not significantly differ between suggests economic policy-related factors may have greater influence than initially expected. Additionally, there no significant difference integration greening (p = 0.08), challenging assumption climate-responsive design would lead distinct variations urban form. However, materials technologies had stronger impact practices Serbia 0.01). study highlights sustainable architecture is shaped by combination local resources, regulatory frameworks, socio-economic conditions rather alone. These insights contribute theoretical advancement climate-smart They provide valuable guidance practitioners policymakers. Future should further explore interplay influences refine architecture.

Purpose This research investigates how smart working contributes to sustainable development and organisational resilience, aligning with select United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Design/methodology/approach Drawing on 964 respondents from small medium-sized Italian enterprises, this study employs Bayesian Structural Equation Modeling examine the interconnections between working, employee well-being, sustainability outcomes. Findings The results show a strong positive relationship resilience adoption of working. Implementing enhances work-life balance productivity, lowers commuting costs, reduces resource consumption, contributing economic environmental sustainability. Research limitations/implications generalisability is constrained by its sample cross-sectional methodology. Future should address these limitations examining long-term effects, comparing hybrid fully remote models, extending analyses diverse industries international landscapes.
