Methods: This was a cross-sectional conducted from July October 2022 Setiu, Terengganu recruited 338 adult local villagers. Bivariable multivariable logistic regression analysis for factors such as employment status, knowledge reefs, practice willingness volunteer were analysed using SPSS version 26. Results: An increase associated with an all four domains environmental (Unadjusted B range = 0.46–0.77, p -value <0.001). Participants acceptable reefs (AOR 7.11, 95% CI: 3.84–13.15), good 5.26, 2.54–10.91), willing 1.98, 1.02–3.83) had higher odds positive sustainability, compared those low knowledge, poor not volunteer, respectively. However, employed marine-related jobs 0.27, 0.10–0.72) less who are employed.
