As an important policy tool for guiding the development and protection of territorial space, specific impact spatial planning on evolution space effects its implementation have not yet been fully recognized. At formulation stage, feedback cycle effect is too long, adjustment slow to take effect. This directly affects effectiveness relevance implementation. In this study, we propose a framework pre-assessment regional based space. We construct indicator system from four dimensions pre-assess planning.
