Abstract
With
global
climate
change,
environmental
pollution
and
other
problems
becoming
increasingly
prominent,
green
finance
has
gradually
become
a
powerful
driver
of
development.
On
the
basis
panel
data
282
cities
in
China
from
2012
to
2022,
an
SBM-GML
model
is
first
applied
measure
total
factor
carbon
productivity
cities;
then,
establishment
financial
reform
innovation
pilot
zones
regarded
as
quasinatural
experiment,
multiperiod
DID
method
adopted
test
impact
on
stages.
The
study
reveals
that
(1)
construction
can
significantly
increase
urban
robust;
(2)
heterogeneity
eastern,
central
western
regions,
with
effect
being
more
obvious
region;
(3)
mechanism
enhance
by
improving
level
promoting
ecological
industrial
structure,
