Background. The insect Hermetia illucens (black soldier fly), is widely used for the disposal of food and agricultural waste. This due to omnivorous nature fly in relation protein carbohydrate foods a fast reproductive cycle. big problem industrial cultivation this degeneration populations black fly. When bred captivity, relatively small number population, degradation key parameters, such as viability, fertility, productivity, etc. H. culture occurs. It noted that during first five generations, despite polygamy crossing, effect harmful recessive alleles homozygous state manifests itself. Currently, flies associated with inbred depression solved by mass large outbred cages, periodic reintroduction producers from natural populations. Purpose. Development method crossing lines breeding, determining patterns population development, well increasing their productivity adaptive potential. Materials Methods. In selection work species illucens, individual was used. Individual selections were made selecting larvae pupae size body weight. crosses carried out according scheme: one male female placed plastic containers while maintaining required temperature humidity. Eggs obtained pair on nutrient substrate separate container, hatched cultured isolation same container. During growth process, largest selected. After formation adult individuals (images) flies, they examined, sex determined again Thus, isofemale (descendants female) obtained. Results. We developed it possible trace development male, consider changes population. tendency determined, each subsequent generation there fewer fertilized eggs larvae. fact lethal genes become manifest effect. Subsequent most active will create devoid genes. Conclusions. As result research out, develop males females illucens. time oviposition onset maximum occurs 3-4th day after egg laying. With close relatives, manifestation lethals. genes. Populations have stable characteristics and, decrease clutches, smaller them, normal distribution weight, which allows economically valuable traits.
