A very aggressive and deadly brain cancer, glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) poses formidable obstacles to effective therapy. Despite advancements in conventional therapies like surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, the prognosis for GBM patients remains poor, with limited survival outcomes. Nanotechnology is gaining popularity as a promising platform managing GBM, offering targeted drug delivery, improved therapeutic efficacy, reduced systemic toxicity. This review offers comprehensive analysis of current approach using nanotechnology-based interventions. study explored various nanocarrier (NC) systems polymeric nanoparticles, liposomes, dendrimers, micelles, mesoporous silica nanoparticles precision well efficacy encapsulating delivering agents tumors. Methods improving delivery into cells are described this study, including novel modalities such convection-enhanced intranasal administration, magnetic hyperthermia, peptide-guided immune liposomes. Adhesions are the body’s natural response to various inflammatory causes, with surgery being most common cause. However, formation of postoperative adhesions can lead significant complications, including intestinal obstruction and chronic pain.
