Lung cancer is one of the most devastating diseases worldwide with high incidence and mortality, continues to rise. Metastasis leading cause death in lung patients, yet molecular effectors underlying tumor dissemination remain poorly defined. Research findings recent years confirmed primed microenvironment future metastatic sites, called pre‐metastatic niche, a prerequisite for overt metastasis. Exosomes have recently emerged as important players niche formation. Natural medicines traditionally been rich sources drug discovery. Some them exhibit favorable anti-lung activity. The review focused on latest advances regulation formation by contents exosomes representative natural medicines. Additionally, mechanism was summarized detail, which would provide new insights anti-cancer development.
