Background Genome‐wide association studies have revealed numerous loci associated with coronary artery disease (CAD). However, some potential causal/risk genes remain unidentified, and causal therapies are lacking. Methods Results We integrated multi‐omics data from gene methylation, expression, protein levels using summary data‐based Mendelian randomization colocalization analysis. Candidate were prioritized based on protein‐level associations, probability, links to methylation expression. Single‐cell RNA sequencing used assess differential expression in the arteries of patients CAD. TAGLN2 ( Transgelin 2 ), APOB Apolipoprotein B GIP Glucose‐dependent insulinotropic polypeptide ) identified as most strongly CAD, exhibiting significant association. Higher at specific Cytosine‐phosphate‐Guanine sites negatively correlated its a lower risk whereas higher circulating positively CAD (odds ratio,1.66 [95% CI, 1.32–2.08). These results suggest distinct regulatory mechanisms for . In contrast, showed positive associations risk, DHX58 DExH‐box helicase 58 SWAP70 Switch‐associated 70 decreased risk. Conclusions Our findings provide evidence suggesting that , This work provides novel insights into molecular highlights integrating uncover relationships cannot be fully captured by traditional genome‐wide studies.

Multimodal analgesia (MA) is a cornerstone in perioperative pain management, enhancing relief and minimizing opioid consumption by targeting various pathways. This study conducts bibliometric analysis of MA research from 2013 to 2023 understand its development impact on care. A comprehensive literature search the Web Science Core Collection (WOSCC) was conducted, covering publications January December 2023. Data were analyzed using VOSviewer other tools identify publication trends, key contributors, emerging themes. The identified 1,939 studies MA, with notable increase annual since 2020. USA, China, Canada leading contributors. Key terms like Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs), Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS), Patient-Controlled Analgesia (PCA) frequently associated MA. Significant journals included Cureus Journal Medical Anesthesia Analgesia. Influential authors such as Richard D. Urman Henrik Kehlet highlighted for their contributions. showed significant advancements growing global interest underscores importance contributions countries researchers. Background Recently, many studies have focused on the relationship between senescence and immunotherapy in cancer treatment. However, relatively few examined intrinsic links three. Whether these can act synergistically fight against specific them are still unclear. Methods We extracted, quantified, visualized data from literature (n = 2396) for period 2004-2023 after rigorous quality control using citespace, GraphPad Prism, R software package, VOSviewer. Results Linear fit analyses were generated to predict number of annual publications citations as a function top-performing authors, journals, countries, affiliations academically over past two decades such Weiwei, Aging-us, China, UT MD Anderson Cancer Center. Vosviewer-based hierarchical clustering further categorized study characteristics into six clusters, including major clusters research, immunosenescence-related research factors, timeline distributions suggesting that cellular tumor progression is new cluster warrants exploration development. Study characterization bursts linear regression confirmed findings revealed other important results, aging (a 1.964, R² 0.6803) 16.38, 0.8812). Furthermore, gene frequency analysis this most abundant gene, APOE , SIRT1-7 proteins. Conclusion The combination therapies with immunotherapies currently its preliminary stages. Although has greatest impact ICB therapies, mechanistic investigations, drug development sirt1-7 (Sirtuins family) targets may be key combining treatment tumors.
