CITE-Seq (Cellular Indexing of Transcriptomes and Epitopes by Sequencing) is an advanced single-cell sequencing method to profile both gene expression protein abundance simultaneously in individual cells using mRNA techniques alongside antibody-derived tags (ADTs), for detection. This panel was designed to characterize the immune cell landscape in mouse tumor microenvironment as well lymphoid tissues (e.g., spleen). As an example, using MC-38 syngeneic model, we demonstrated that could measure frequency and functional status of CD4 T cells, CD8 regulatory NK B macrophages, granulocytes, monocytes, dendritic cells. is especially useful for understanding "cold" preclinical models with very low infiltration investigating how therapeutic treatments may modulate landscape.
