Abstract This study aims to analyze whether sea cucumber supplementation after weight training can increase ROM in healthy men. experimental research employs a pre- and post-test control group design. Subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique divided into two groups: K1 (placebo) K2 (sea supplementation, 500 mg). The was administered capsule form. A total of 20 men aged 20–25 years participated the study. Data collection conducted over three days, beginning with subject characteristics. Subsequently, subjects performed warm-up, followed by physical exercise. session involved exhaustion at maximum intensity. Twenty-four hours intervention, baseline data collected. Then, either placebo or supplementation. Another measurement 24 later. results showed that mg taken significantly increased (p < 0.05*). Moreover, significant also observed It be concluded post-weight effectively enhances individuals. However, further laboratory studies on biomarkers associated are necessary provide valid biochemical data. Regarding group’s increase, it is possible recovery processes had already begun within 48 hours, suggesting participants may have naturally recovered time frame. Purpose: The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to determine whether serum albumin level (<35mg/L) can predict mortality after proximal femoral fracture surgery in older adults. Methods: This adhered the guidelines outlined PRISMA statement. electronic databases PubMed, EMBASE, Web Science, Cochrane were reviewed for studies. risk bias assessed with ROBINS-I tools. following relevant data from each included study extracted reported by two independent reviewers: design, sample size, follow-up, age, gender, at last odds ratio (OR). Results: In total, 2,009 studies identified; 18 original articles satisfied both inclusion exclusion criteria final meta-analysis.
