The growing demand for food of animal origin has contributed to the annual increase in agricultural population productive animals world, which turn led a significant shortage feeds and an their cost. Therefore, purpose this research was explore qualitative composition feed products obtained by culturing methanotrophic microorganisms Methylococcus capsulatus with probiotic bacteria Bacillus subtillis. Arbitrage methods determining quality feeds, are regulated regulatory documents (ISO), were used research. results demonstrate that protein product culture high content “crude” at level 60.9%, corresponds high-protein its technical characteristics. addition subtillis medium cultivation significantly improved parameters synthesised increasing 1.5% amount essential amino acids, 3.8% fatty acids concentration calcium phosphorus. lysine, isoleucine, valine asparagic acid, due cocultivation two allowed nutritional value cattle since these most demanded ruminant diets when using corn silage other plant feeds. reducing fibre improving biological characteristics changing microbiological product. In future, biotechnological method obtaining will reduce dependence breeding on fodder crops weather conditions

The research assessed the inclusion of MRD-Pro?, a bacterial-derived single-cell protein (SCP), in diets Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) fry with an initial weight 0.12 grams. Using diet composed 45% crude and 14% fat, fishmeal content 8.0% (designated as Diet 0.00% SCP, control), SCP replaced 50% 100% on basis, incorporated at levels 4.25% 8.50%, respectively. In addition, two more were prepared higher 14.50% 21.00%. All isoproteic isolipidic. Weight gains fish fed control (27.26 g) (21.61 statistically comparable among themselves but significantly greater than those 8.50% (10.45 g), (11.54 or 21.00% (7.28 diets, trend observed across all growth feed utilization indices. Increasing dietary reduced fat dry matter muscle tissue, while minimal changes amino acid profile tissue observed. bacterial-based MRD-Pro? is nutritious additive that can be effectively incorporated, within limits, into fry.

European sea bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) is one of the most significant species farmed in Mediterranean, yet a very perishable product. Its quality deteriorates rapidly as result three mechanisms: microbial activity, chemical oxidation, and enzymatic degradation. Microbial spoilage mechanism that contributes to deterioration fresh non-processed fish. To this end, our study aims identify for first time combined effect aquatic environment harvest method on composition trajectory at storage 0 °C skin microbiome. Sampling was performed two commercial fish farms Western (WG) Central Greece (CG) where were harvested using different methods: direct immersion ice water or mixture slurry ice; application electro-stunning prior water. Samples collected day week post-harvest. profile bacterial communities skin, 16S ribosomal RNA gene sequencing used. The results following analyses indicated shaped original microbiome, with 815 ASVs identified WG farm opposed 362 CG farm. Moreover, Pseudomonas Pseudoalteromonas dominated microbiome farm, unlike Shewanella Psychrobacter dominant genera. All these genera contain such putrefaciens, aeruginosa, spp., sp., all which have been implicated final methods drove variations already by environment, favoring more diversity combination appeared determine °C. Although had samples post-harvest, relative abundance strongly influenced method. This sheds light hierarchy factors shaping their importance controlling post-harvest
