Wetlands in the Bohai Sea Rim play an indispensable role maintaining stability of waterbird populations on East Asian-Australian flyway. However, motivated by economic development and urban expansion, coastal wetlands this region have been extensively reclaimed, leading to a decline area degradation natural over past two decades. We analyzed temporal spatial changes suitable habitats different groups waterbirds quantified habitat connectivity importance patches using Probability Connectivity. The results show that all decreased sharply from 2000 2020. In addition, utilization ratio artificial increased. Land use is primary environmental variable determining distribution habitats. Meanwhile, has also declining. Tianjin Hebei Bay still high for waterbirds, particularly shorebirds. Expanding existing protection areas cover above-mentioned recommended. advocate stricter measures necessary ecological restoration activities both wetlands.

Hyperspectral imagery from an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) has been used to predict soil organic carbon (SOC) content. This study compared UAV hyperspectral with Sentinel-2A multispectral and spectra in the laboratory SOC content Suaeda salsa (S. salsa) coastal wetland. Characteristic variables were determined through correlation analysis comparing observed constructed spectral indices of SOC, index variables, bands. Predict Models by multilayer perceptron (MLP), prediction accuracy was evaluated spatial maps produced. The results showed that estimating using UAV, Sentinel imagery, great potential when MLP algorithm. can be accurately predicted without map. estimation better based on than model determination coefficients (R2) 0.838 0.638, root mean square error (RMSE) 0.398 0.596 g kg−1, ratio performance deviations (RPD) 2.485 1.660, bias − 0.028 0.085 respectively. demonstrated stability uncertainty standard (SD) 0.226 0.291 generated both presented more subtle variation information interpolation results. Ecological civilization has emerged as an important component within the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021–2025) in China. As a pivotal direction of ecological development, total number, scope, and complexity China’s ecotourism are steadily increasing. However, systematic reviews relevant literature have been lacking over past few years. This study employs CiteSpace for visual analysis research from 2014 to 2024 Web Science Core Collections (WoSCC) database. The main findings follows: (1) Ecotourism China can be categorized into three development stages, with groups established at leading institutions. (2) Research hotspots include case studies, management assessment, tourist stakeholder issues, macro middle policy, cultural ethical concerns. (3) “Quality” frontier topic; multiple disciplines, such new technologies, pedagogy, social governance, contributed pathways quality enhancement. (4) Notable highlights incorporation elements, comparative analyses, interdisciplinary approaches, smart broadening governance scope. (5) trends show increasing depth breadth, evolving hotspots, growing emphasis on management. In conclusion, plays crucial role ecological, cultural, economic sustainability. demand increases, challenges will inevitably emerge. Therefore, it is imperative adopt approach, leverage multidisciplinary efforts, strengthen original theoretical explore more paths comprehensive

The general aim of this paper is to analyse theoretical perspectives on ecotourism, co-production, and co-management, seeking understand how these approaches interact promote the sustainability natural food resources sustainable management practices. methodology adopts a qualitative approach with exploratory descriptive objectives, utilising Systematic Literature Review (SLR) identify examine key studies related subject. main findings indicate that ecotourism fosters biodiversity conservation, which sustains local practices provides significant economic benefits for communities through co-production co-management between stakeholders. community emerges as principal active resource in planning processes by creating opportunities environmental education; integrating knowledge experiences develop unique, multidimensional adaptive capacity; promoting system regulation. Moreover, analysis examined works highlights importance education programmes, flexible institutions open dialogue community, equitable distribution benefits. Lastly, framework presented depicts relationship among socio-ecological resilience, based five premises. This proposes holistic achieving resilience resources.
