To address the issue of precisely identifying fishing grounds in vast sea areas, this study proposes a framework that includes behavior detection model and ground identification model, considering vessels unknown types. The absence information regarding can result incomplete grounds, which turn leads to regulatory oversight, these unidentified areas might be hotspots for illegal activities. Identifying missing is crucial enhancing efforts go through plan their routes more effectively advance. This helps finding optimizes operational efficiency vessels. Firstly, Speed-Direction-Based Stops Moves Trajectories (SDB-SMOT) algorithm proposed. Based on algorithm, developed identify activity trajectories from AIS data encompasses Subsequently, an integrates Data Field OPTICS (DF-OPTICS) proposed, constructed based DF-OPTICS algorithm. effectiveness are validated by contains both types South China Sea.
