To explore the psychosomatic interface between stress and skin disorders, focusing on patient experiences perceptions. This study aims to uncover multifaceted impact of individuals with including emotional, physical, psychological, societal dimensions their conditions. A qualitative research design was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews 31 participants diagnosed stress-related disorders. Participants were selected through purposive sampling ensure a diverse range experiences. Methods A total 185 psoriasis were surveyed assess their sociodemographic status, disease-related information, psychosocial QOL. questionnaires included questionnaire, Athens Insomnia Scale, Hospital Anxiety Depression Perceived Social Support Psychosocial Adaptation Questionnaire Chronic Skin Disease Dermatology Life Index. Multiple stepwise regression path analysis used study analyse relationship between them. BACKGROUND Rapid digitalization in health care has led to the adoption of digital technologies; however, limited trust internet-based decisions and need for technical personnel hinder use smartphones machine learning applications. To address this, automated (AutoML) is a promising tool that can empower professionals enhance effectiveness mobile apps. OBJECTIVE We used AutoML analyze data from clinical studies involving patients with chronic hand and/or foot eczema or psoriasis vulgaris who smartphone monitoring app. The analysis focused on itching, pain, Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) development, app use. METHODS After extensive set preparation, which consisted combining 3 primary sets by extracting common features computing new features, pseudonymized secondary total 368 was created. Next, multiple classification models were built during processing, most accurate ultimately selected further analysis. RESULTS Itching development 6 months accurately modeled using light gradient boosted trees classifier model (log loss: 0.9302 validation, 1.0193 cross-validation, 0.9167 holdout). Pain assessed random forest 1.1799 1.1561 1.0976 Then, 1.3670 1.4354 1.3974 holdout) again estimate DLQI months. Az utóbbi időben növekszik száma azoknak szakirodalmi tanulmányoknak, pszichodermatológiai betegségek osztályozásának egységesítése mellett érvelnek, klinikai praxis színvonalának javítása, bőrbetegséggel élők jobb megértése, valamint különböző szakmák (bőrgyógyászok, háziorvosok, pszichiáterek, pszichológusok) közös fogalmi rendszerének kialakítása érdekében. E tanulmányok megbetegedéseket négy fő csoport további alcsoportok szerint osztályozzák.
