Abstract Background The current applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in medicine continue to attract the attention medical students. This study aimed identify undergraduate students’ attitudes toward AI medicine, explore present AI-related training opportunities, investigate need for inclusion curricula, and determine preferred methods teaching curricula. Methods uses a mixed-method cross-sectional design, including quantitative qualitative study, targeting Palestinian students academic year 2022–2023. In part, we recruited convenience sample from universities Palestine June 15, 2022, May 30, 2023. We collected data by using an online, well-structured, self-administered questionnaire with 49 items. 15 were interviewed trained researchers. Descriptive statistics inductive content analysis approach used analyze data, respectively. Results From total 371 invitations sent, 362 responses received (response rate = 97.5%), 349 included analysis. mean age participants was 20.38 ± 1.97, 40.11% (140) their second school. Most (268, 76.79%) did not receive formal education on before or during study. About two-thirds strongly agreed that would become common future (67.9%, 237) revolutionize fields (68.7%, 240). Participants stated they had previously acquired use (260, 74.5%), confirming dire include curricula (247, 70.8%). (264, 75.7%) think learning opportunities have been adequate; therefore, it is very important more about employing (228, 65.3%). Male (3.15 0.87) higher perception scores than female (2.81 0.86) ( p < 0.001). main themes resulted interview questions absence necessity optimism towards expected challenges related fields. The second most common type of malignant tumor worldwide is colorectal cancer. Histopathology image analysis offers crucial data for the clinical diagnosis Currently, deep learning techniques are applied to enhance cancer classification and localization in histopathological analysis. Moreover, traditional might loss integrated information while evaluating thousands patches recovered from whole slide images (WSIs). This research proposes a novel detection network (CCDNet) that combines coordinate attention transformer with atrous convolution. CCDNet first denoises input using Wiener based Midpoint weighted non-local means filter (WMW-NLM) guaranteeing precise diagnoses maintain features. Also, convolution (AConvCAT) introduced, which successfully advantages two networks classify tissue at various scales by capturing local global information. Further, model Cross-shaped window (CrSWin) tiny changes multiple angles. proposed achieved accuracy rates 98.61% 98.96%, on histological NCT-CRC-HE-100 K datasets correspondingly. comparison demonstrates suggested framework performed better than advanced methods already use. In hospitals, clinicians can use verify diagnosis.
