Background Digital health data hubs contribute significantly to finding the right solutions problems, which forms basis for achieving sustainable development goals. However, in Ethiopia, system has been coming one central hub all data, there is limited evidence of professionals’ intentions use these systems. Understanding their crucial, as this can improve advancement digital healthcare organizations. This study assessed intention hospitals East Gojjam, northwest 2024. Methods A cross-sectional design was used conduct study. Eleven were included area. Using an a priori structural equation modeling sample size calculator, total 616. Stratified proportional allocation sampling performed. The participants selected using systematic sample. Structural (SEM) analysis. Because it more powerful multivariate technique testing and evaluating causal relationships. assumptions SEM-like normality, average variance extracted (AVE), composite reliability (CR), Cronbach’s alpha, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), model specifications checked Amos Stata version 16. Results conducted with 616 professionals; 591 (95.94%) responded survey. results showed that 57.69% (n = 341) professionals intended hub. Further perceived usefulness (PU: β 0.576, p 0.000), trust (PT: 0.116, 0.022), attitude (β 0.143, 0.043) positively influenced hubs. Conclusion Overall, findings 42.31% have low These shall be needed through targeted interventions. Therefore, focusing on critical factors, such usefulness, trust, are crucial factors reinforce system. Additionally, overcoming implementation challenges building successful integration
