This Perspective article encourages the field of nutrition and dietetics to move away from a weight-centric paradigm that emphasizes weight loss management as primary health outcomes. approach can perpetuate stigma, which is associated with poorer behaviors, mental health, disordered eating, even increased mortality risk. We propose an alternative approach—adopting weight-inclusive paradigm—that focuses on providing care across spectrum by centering behaviors rather than weight. allows individuals all sizes have equitable access high-quality care.
