Sarcoidosis is a multisystem inflammatory disease of unknown cause with wide variety presentations. It primarily involves the lungs and intrathoracic lymph nodes, as well eyes, skin, spleen, liver. Very rarely, it can present solitary lung mass. We case 60-year-old female who presented an erythematous plaque on her face associated irritation. Initial imaging detected well-defined lobulated mass in right middle lower lobes lung. A biopsy revealed non-caseating granulomas, suggestive sarcoidosis.
