In this work a novel method for synthesis of 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene melanin was presented, as well the physicochemical properties, molecular structure, and characteristics pigment. The proposed protocol is simple cost-effective with no enzymes or catalysts needed. final product not adsorbed on any surface, since pigment result autooxidation 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene. O presente estudo aborda as vantagens, benefícios, riscos e estratégias para a otimização do uso ambiente digital na educação, analisando suas implicações no contexto educacional brasileiro. objetivo central foi investigar como tecnologias digitais podem contribuir o processo de ensino-aprendizagem, identificando tanto os benefícios quanto desafios associados à sua implementação. Metodologicamente, pesquisa adotou uma abordagem qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica em fontes acadêmicas publicadas entre 2019 2024, buscando referências bases Google Acadêmico, SciELO Periódicos CAPES. Os resultados demonstraram que oferecem acesso ampliado informação, flexibilidade ensino, personalização aprendizado desenvolvimento habilidades essenciais século XXI, autonomia, pensamento crítico resolução problemas. No entanto, persistem significativos, incluindo desigualdade às tecnologias, formação inadequada dos professores, privacidade segurança dados dependência excessiva dispositivos eletrônicos. Para superar esses obstáculos, foram sugeridas capacitação contínua educadores, políticas públicas inclusivas, alfabetização eficaz adoção metodologias pedagógicas inovadoras. This study investigated the effects of seven processing methods on structure and functional properties soluble dietary fiber (SDF) from tartary buckwheat bran, included microwave radiation, high-pressure steam, Aspergillus niger fermentation, Trichoderma viride combinations these with radiation. The results showed that microwave-assisted fermentation (MA-S) was most effective method for improving SDF, significantly increased SDF content. Scanning electron microscopy revealed MA-S-treated had a typical honeycomb-like porous structure. Exoplanet habitability remains a challenging field due to the large distances separating Earth from other stars. Using insights biology and astrophysics, we studied of M dwarf exoplanets by modeling their surface temperature flare ultraviolet (UV) X-ray doses using martian atmosphere as shielding model. Abstract Fungal contaminations pose a persistent challenge in the fields of healthcare, agriculture, and industry, primarily due to their environmental adaptability increasing resistance antifungal agents. In this study Aspergillus niger is utilized as model organism. This work evaluates copper, brass, steel surfaces functionalized with ultrashort pulsed laser‐induced periodic surface structures (USP‐DLIP) designed 3 9 µm topographies. spore viability assays show that periodicities on copper achieve 99% reduction viability, indicating increased ion release key factor enhanced effectivity. Inspired by the survival strategies of pyomelanin-producing microbes, we synthesize pyomelanin nanoparticles (PMNPs) from homogentisic acid- γ-lactone via auto-oxidation and investigate their biomedical potential. PMNPs possess distinct physicochemical properties, including reactive oxygen species scavenging microenvironment-responsive self-disassembly. Under intestinal conditions, self-disassemble penetrate nanoscale pores mucin layer. In an inflammatory bowel disease model, orally administered withstand gastric acidity and, in solubilized form, interact with macrophages epithelial cells. They significantly reduce levels, exert anti-inflammatory effects, restore gut microbiota composition. Compared to conventional 5-aminosalicylic acid, exhibit greater therapeutic efficacy. Clinical symptoms inflammation are alleviated, is restored near-normal levels. These findings underscore potential for treatment suggest broader applications.
