The human body contains a diverse array of microorganisms, which exert significant impact on various physiological processes, including immunity, and can significantly influence susceptibility to diseases such as cancer. Recent advancements in metagenomic sequencing have uncovered the role intratumoral microbiome, covertly altered development cancer, growth tumors, response existing treatments through multiple mechanisms. These mechanisms involve mainly DNA damage induction, oncogenic signaling pathway activation, host's immune modulation. To explore novel therapeutic options effectively target regulate comprehensive understanding these processes is indispensable. Here, we will potential actions microbiome concerning initiation progression tumors. We examine its responses chemotherapy, radiotherapy, immunotherapy. Childhood leukemia accounts for 30% of all pediatric cancer cases with acute lymphoblastic (ALL) being the most common subtype. Involvement gut microbiome in ALL development has recently garnered interest due to an increasing recognition key contribution plays maintaining immune system's homeostatic balance. Commensal microbiota provide a first line defense against different pathogens and immaturity been implicated pathogenesis. Several environmental factors such as nutrition, mode delivery, breastfeeding and, early social or livestock contacts are known alter composition microbiota. Variations these influence risk childhood onset. This review aims elucidate influencing microbial context ALL. The link between diversity offers opportunity develop risk-reducing strategies that can be communicated broad target population (future) parents caregivers prevention. Here, we summarize evidence on how promoting diverse newborns through simple measures life may decrease developing children later on.

Bone marrow is vital for hematopoiesis, producing blood cells essential oxygen transport, immune defense, and clotting. However, disorders like leukemia, lymphoma, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndromes can severely disrupt its function, leading to life-threatening complications. Traditional treatments, including chemotherapy stem cell transplants, have significantly improved patient outcomes but are often associated with severe side effects limitations, necessitating the exploration of safer, more targeted therapeutic strategies. Nanotechnology has emerged as a promising approach addressing these challenges, particularly in delivery nutraceuticals—bioactive compounds derived from food sources potential benefits. Despite their promise, nutraceuticals face clinical limitations due poor bioavailability, instability, inefficient target sites. Nanoparticles offer viable solution by enhancing stability, absorption, transport bone while minimizing systemic effects. This study explores range disorders, conventional treatment modalities, nanoparticles enhance nutraceutical-based therapies. By improving efficacy, could revolutionize disease management, providing patients effective less invasive options. These advancements represent significant step toward safer efficient approaches, ultimately prognosis overall health.
