Intestinal microorganisms play a crucial role in chicken health and production performance, especially the research of traditional organic feeding methods. The intestinal contents feed chickens were analyzed by 16S rRNA gene metagenome technology. results showed that microbial diversity was significantly higher than chickens, key microorganisms, such as Enterococcus , more abundant chickens. functional analysis revealed significant difference metabolic function between them. present study provides new insights into gut microbiota characteristics based on amplicon metagenomic sequencing. Our are helpful to fully illustrate effects different methods can offer scientific basis for management.
