Endoperiodontal lesions represent a pathological communication between the dental pulp and periodontium, characterized by diagnostic prognostic complexity due to contributing factors such as failed endodontic treatments, marginal leakage, trauma. These may originate from necrotic affecting periodontium or periodontal pocket invading pulp. Treatment varies depending on specific characteristics of each case but generally involves endodontic, periodontal, combined interventions. Objective: To study diagnosis, treatment, prognosis endoperiodontal diseases.Materials Methods:A bibliographic review was conducted using specialized books scientific databases Google Scholar, PubMed, EBSCOhost. Results: Periodontal therapy performed simultaneously with proved effective in treatment endo-periodontal lesions. However, success rate can increase when techniques PRF-TPRF, GTR, diode laser application, root canal obturation MTA are added treatment.

Periodontal disease is a bacterial infection that affects gums, alveolar bone and periodontal ligaments. An innovative approach to treat such infections guided tissue regeneration which helps in the of tissues are lost by this disease. Objectives: To assess appropriateness procedures management evaluate clinical benefits for patients. Methods: intensive review literature was made using PubMed, Science Direct Google Scholar, considering articles published between 2020-2024. Some analysed works investigated effectiveness techniques as compared other traditional methods treatment. The parameters have been evaluated include repair, decrease pocketing, gain attachment, aesthetic crown height index. studies sourced from America, Europe Asia. Results: Results highlight efficacy repair process. It significantly highlights improvements dental attachment levels, long-term health pocket reduction. However, variation patients their specified underlying conditions remain. Conclusions: concluded appears provide an effective line treatment with prediction therapeutic outcomes. Further should be carried out enhance properties materials application obtain more consistent results.

introductionEndodontics and periodontics, key specialties in dentistry, are concerned with diagnosing treating pulpal periodontal diseases, respectively. Both structures share a common embryological origin several communication pathways, such as the apical foramen dentinal tubules, which facilitate spread of infections between them. Endoperiodontal lesions arise when pathological process simultaneously affects dental pulp periodontium, complicating diagnosis treatment due to anatomical functional interconnection.DevelopmentThe endoperiodontal was based on detailed clinical history, thorough examinations advanced imaging studies radiographs CT scans. The periapical index (PAI) used assess bone health around root classify lesions. Treatments depended nature lesion: primary endodontic responded well canal treatment, while required both surgical non-surgical procedures. In combined cases, therapeutic success an interdisciplinary approach that integrated treatments. Iatrogenic complications factors patient adherence significantly influenced outcomes.ConclusionsIt concluded management requires comprehensive understanding relationships along use diagnostic tools. Personalized treatments, lesion etiology, essential optimize outcomes preserve oral health.
