Electroencephalography
(EEG)
has

an
indispensable
tool

stroke

for
real-time
monitoring

neural

brain-computer
interfaces
(BCI)

study
collected
data
from
the
Web
Science
Core
Collection
database,
selecting
publications
related
to
2005
2024.
Visual
tools
such
as
VOSviewer
CiteSpace
were
utilized

knowledge
maps

analyzing
distribution

authors,
institutions,
journals,
collaboration
networks.
Additionally,
co-occurrence,
clustering,
burst
detection
keywords
analyzed
detail.
A
total
2,931
identified,
indicating
consistent
increase
stroke,
with
significant
growth
post-2017.
United
States,
China,
Germany
emerged
leading
contributors,
high
networks
among
Western
institutions.
Key
included
signal
processing
advancements,
seizure
risk
consciousness
disorder
assessment,
EEG-driven
techniques.
Notably,
studies
focused
on
integrating
machine
learning
