The prevalence of tension-type headache (TTH) is extremely high worldwide, but comprehensive global epidemiological studies targeting the specific age group 15-39 years remain relatively limited. This study utilized data from Global Burden Disease 2021 (GBD 2021) to analyze incidence, prevalence, and disability-adjusted life (DALYs) associated with TTH, identified temporal trends using estimated annual percentage change (EAPC). also investigated association between burden TTH Socio-demographic Index (SDI).
