Background: Aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between autonomic nervous system and meibomian gland activity through pupillary diameter values. Methods: 55 volunteers aged 16-41 years participated in study. Dry eye patients with a visual acuity 10/10 according Snellen threshold were included Participants underwent static measurements under different light intensities dynamic measure dilation velocity. Results: Static (scotopic, mesopic ve photopic) patient group averaged 5.93±1.21, 4.70±0.86 3.99±0.97 mm, respectively, while those control 5.82±0.99, 4.87±0.83 3.87±0.90 respectively. Pupillary velocity 0.14±0.04 0.12±0.03 mm/sec group. Conclusion: This is first function function. The present contributed literature by showing that there no
