esta

Relato
Caso:
Neste
relato
caso
descrito
um
paciente
adulto,
previamente
hígido,
em
vigência
infecção
SARS-Cov-2
iniciou
quadro
agudo
vertigem
evoluiu
com
alteração
neurológica,
ataxia
demência
rapidamente
progressiva.
Após
exames
laboratoriais
imagens,
foi
confirmado
o
diagnóstico
(DCJ),
variante
clínica
atáxica
Brownell-Oppenheimer.
Paciente
óbito
após
4
meses
7
início
clínico.
Conclusão:
O
envolvimento
sistema
nervoso
pela
Covid
19
bem
envolve,
dentre
outros
mecanismos,
estado
neuroinflamatório.
Este
