Ultrasound application has been proven to be a promising noninvasive neuromodulation technique due the high penetration depth, and focusing properties. Compared single-element ultrasonic transducers, phased array transducers have advantages of adjustable targets higher accuracy, making them more suitable for transcranial technology. However, there is currently limited research on transducer linear sinusoidal driving systems precise neuromodulation. This paper develops new type system, using sine wave as input wave, designs OCL-AB power amplifier circuit based Output CapitorLess (OCL) Class-AB circuit. Furthermore, dedicated signal generator control module are designed combined with excitation form balanced transformerless (BTL) structure further boost output voltage. The experimental results show that 16-channel prototype system can meet various parameter requirements neural regulation under standard mode ±60 V BTL ±120 voltage at 100KHz-1 MHz, smaller spot frequency accuracy.
