As the digitization of supply side continues to advance, takeaway industry has made a significant contribution economic growth. However, rapid expansion scale also brought many social problems, merchants provide low-quality goods out psychology opportunity, and uneven quality asymmetric information not only bring great regulatory problems for platform, but make it difficult consumers identify merchants, as platform stakeholders, is integrate resources achieve value co-creation. Therefore, in order realize co-creation among stakeholders three-party evolutionary game model was constructed analyze simulate strategic choices under different situations through simulation experiments explore sensitive influence each factor. The results study show following: shaping scientific reward punishment system setting reasonable rewards punishments within limited threshold; platforms, using word-of-mouth effects amplify loss network externalities that have bear when they services, improving consumer feedback mechanism reduce cost are all effective measures promote active participation sustainable healthy development industry.
