Pectin
is
widely
used
as
the
main
polymer
in
cosmetics,
pharmaceuticals,
and
biomedical
applications.
The
pectin
utilization
diverse
fields
can
contribute
to
fruit
waste
processing
since
such
peel
serves
a
source.
This
study
aimed
analyze
extraction
temperature
effect
on
physicochemical
properties
of
extracted
from
various
tropical
waste.
