Integrated rice–fish farming is an innovative agricultural production pattern that combines rice cultivation with fish farming, enhancing productivity and ensuring food security. Partitioned advancement of the traditional approach, addresses challenges such as difficulties in harvesting inconveniences mechanized operations encountered paddy fields. To evaluate environmental impacts partitioned on ecosystem, we investigated diversity, composition, functionality, co-occurrence networks, assembly processes bacterial communities within water. In addition, promoted contribution stochastic to main enhanced homogenizing dispersal drift. total proportion these increased from 60% 70%. Nitrate concentrations remarkably associated contributed most variations communities. Hence, feasible good pattern, perspectives diversity stability it offers both theoretical insights data-supported foundations advancing sustainable practices.
