The COVID‐19 pandemic has provoked a worldwide mental health crisis, affecting university students in an exacerbated way, exposing them to the risk of emotional isolation and development eating disorders. present study aimed examine quality healthy lifestyle practices from Faculty Human Medicine Education Peruvian during after pandemic. This was conducted academic period 2020 2023. Data collection performed between July August 2020, first wave (M1) November December 2023, post‐pandemic (M2). In M1 M2, 370 82 participated, respectively. results Mann–Whitney test revealed significant differences total score M2. nutrition domain, there are scores obtained revealing decrease nutritional care. Significant were also found both faculties substance use physical activity practice Although trend toward adoption habits observed initial stages, longitudinal analysis reveals generalized concern for well‐being. Medical students, on other hand, showed greater resilience more successful adaptation new circumstances, evidencing importance training promotion lifestyles. These underscore need implement intervention strategies at promoting student population, especially contexts crisis.
