The study sought to systematically compare the expression of molecular markers in benign cutaneous lesions and squamous cell cervical carcinoma associated with HPV infection better understand pathophysiological mechanisms involved HPV-related their progression malignancy. We included 200 patients recruited from a gynecological clinic divided into two groups: 100 positive tests presenting diagnosed testing for HPV. participants were selected ensure diverse ethnic demographic representation. utilized different statistical analyses, including Chi-square assess associations between categorical variables logistic regression evaluate factors influencing lesion marker expressions across types. results indicated significant differences specific carcinomas, highlighting distinct pathways development. Notably, such as p16, p53, E-cadherin showed varying expression, suggesting potential role distinguishing malignant lesions. findings emphasize significance profiling improving diagnostic therapeutic strategies differential can offer valuable insights pathogenesis HPV-induced help develop targeted interventions prevent transformation. Further research is necessary validate these larger cohorts populations.
