Background: The humoral immune response against human papillomavirus (HPV) has been suggested as a source of biomarkers for the early detection cervical cancer (CC). Therefore, we aimed to characterize antibody HPV16 E5 in natural history and determine its usefulness biomarker HPV-associated lesions. Methods: This study was conducted at Cuautla General Hospital, Morelos, Mexico, with women (18 64 years) who agreed participate. Samples were obtained from 335 lesions 150 negative Papanicolaou tests. HPV genotyping performed by PCR pyrosequencing, anti-E5 antibodies detected slot blot. Results: overall prevalence 17.9%, higher observed no lesion (NL, 49.4%) group, downward trend according degree lesion, intraepithelial neoplasia-1 (CIN1, 32.2%) CIN2 (11.5%) CIN3/CC (6.9%). logistic regression model showed associations CIN1 (OR = 0.38), 0.42), 0.32) groups, being statistically significant. Contrast analysis an inverse relationship between DNA 0.35), 0.39), 0.31) groups. Conclusions: These results suggest that could be associated clearance infection without since presence antibodies. In contrast, progression CIN2/CIN3 CC, reversed, disappeared, frequency viral genome increased.

Abstract Background Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), particularly of the oral tongue (OTSCC), poses significant challenges due to its aggressive nature and high incidence rates. Treatment options for cancer include surgery, radiation therapy chemotherapy. Single modality or multimodality are made after a multidisciplinary team decision. Surgical intervention is preferable treatment resectable OTSCC, often supplemented with adjuvant therapies improve outcomes. Objective This study systematically evaluates oncological outcomes, survival rates, failure patterns in patients OTSCC treated glossectomy. The aims identify prognostic factors, assess efficacy, understand reasons locoregional recurrence poor Methodology A retrospective analysis 56 who underwent glossectomy between 2010 2021 at King Abdulaziz Medical City was conducted. Data on demographics, clinical characteristics, modalities, outcomes were collected analyzed. Statistical analyses including Kaplan–Meier curves Cox regression employed evaluate recurrence. Results cohort predominantly included OTSCC. interventions varied, proportion receiving therapies. In this article, extraction, analytical method, pharmacological action, research progress syringin‐containing plants were reviewed. Various extraction methods detection summarized, especially ultrasonic‐assisted high‐performance liquid chromatography, which recommended for determination syringin. We spotlighted anti‐cancer, brain‐protective, anti‐inflammatory effects An in‐depth analysis four contains syringin— Eleutherococcus senticosus , Codonopsis pilosula Daphne tangutica Maxim, Syringa reticulata subsp. amurensis . addition, safety efficacy these preparations (Shugan Jieyu Capsule, compound Coginseng tablet, hyoscyamine ointment, Qinfenghong Zhike capsule) analyzed. Although has widely traditional medicine, its specific mechanism action clinical are still not completely understood, further is needed explore verify it. This study provides a valuable theoretical basis potential direction development new drugs such as anti‐cancer brain protection.
