Mountain apricot (Prunus sibirica) is an important fruit tree variety, and has a wide range of planting application value in China even the world. However, current research on suitable distribution area P. sibirica still inconclusive. In this study, we retrieved data for from Global Biodiversity Information Facility (GBIF), identified six key environmental factors influencing its through cluster analysis. Using these selected climate points China, applied maximum entropy model (MaxEnt) to evaluate 1160 candidate models parameter optimization. The final results predict potential under as well two future scenarios (SSPs126 SSPs585). This study shows that optimized with (AUC = 0.897, TSS 0.658) outperforms full using nineteen 0.894, 0.592). Under high-emission scenario (SSPs585), highly habitat expected gradually shrink towards southeast northwest, while expanding northeast southwest. After 2050s, habitats are projected completely disappear Shandong, new areas may emerge Tibet. Additionally, total increase future, more significant expansion (SSPs585) compared low-emission (SSPs126) (7.33% vs. 0.16%). Seasonal changes precipitation most influential factor driving sibirica.

Abstract The present study examined the pharmacokinetics of IMM‐H012 in rat plasma, utilizing ultra‐performance liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC‐MS/MS). Internal standard cilostazol was employed, and plasma samples were processed using acetonitrile precipitation. A mobile phase (acetonitrile–0.1% formic acid water) with gradient elution used to achieve chromatographic separation a UPLC BEH C18 column. In multiple reaction monitoring mode, electrospray ionization MS/MS utilized positive mode. Based on findings, lower limit quantification 2 ng/mL, linearity found be acceptable within range 2–2000 ng/mL ( R > 0.995). intra‐day inter‐day precision relative deviation less than 14% plasma. matrix effect 102%–107%, accuracy ranged from 92% 113%. Pharmacokinetics rats after oral administration successfully studied UPLC‐MS/MS.

The Prunus sibirica seeds with rich oils has great utilization, but contain amygdalin that can be hydrolyzed to release toxic HCN. Thus, how effectively reduce seed content of P. is an interesting question. Mandelonitrile known as one key intermediate metabolism, which mandelonitrile lyase (MDL) family member essential for its dissociation destined low accumulation in still remains enigmatic. An integration our recent 454 RNA-seq data, and detection, qRT-PCR analysis function determination described a critical attempt determine MDL highlight governing catabolism better developing edible oil biodiesel China.
