Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disorder characterized by cognitive decline and memory loss. Glycogen synthase kinase 3β (GSK-3β) plays pivotal role in AD pathogenesis, particularly tau protein hyperphosphorylation. Natural bioactive compounds have wide range of sources, medicinally valuable active compound can be extracted from plants, animals, microorganisms. Currently, studies found that various natural plants the potential to improve symptoms, such as resveratrol berberine. Therefore, this review examines modulate GSK-3β activity inhibit hyperphosphorylation tau, offering promising therapeutic strategy for AD. We summarize current understanding alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids, terpenoids other compounds, highlighting their mechanisms action preclinical efficacy.

This review examines the neurobiological mechanisms by which plant-derived compounds influence women's reproductive health through neuroendocrine-reproductive axis. Gynecological disorders frequently present with neurological manifestations, including cognitive decline in perimenopause, anxiety and depression polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), central sensitization endometriosis. Bioactive from medicinal plants, polyphenols phytoestrogens, demonstrate therapeutic potential their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, neuromodulatory properties. These multi-target offer advantages over conventional single-target therapies simultaneously regulating multiple physiological processes. The explores applications specific gynecological conditions discusses development of dietary supplements functional foods incorporating these ingredients. growing market for products presents opportunities innovative formulations enhanced bioavailability personalized approaches. Future research directions include integrating neuroimaging herbal research, improving clinical translation, establishing regulatory frameworks global application interventions to enhance female health.

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have the potential to differentiate into various cell types, providing important sources of for development regenerative medicine. Although MSCs advantages, there are also problems, such as low survival rate transplanted and poor migration homing; therefore, determining how reform improve their utilization is particularly important. many natural bioactive compounds shown great improving MSCs, mechanisms pathways involved; however, in final analysis, promoted MSC proliferation, homing differentiation antiaging. The AMP-activated protein kinase α (AMPKα) subunit is the catalytic in AMPK complex, playing a crucial role activation. It has two isoforms: AMPKα1 and AMPKα2. Emerging evidence suggests that AMPKα exhibits subtype-specific effects Alzheimer's disease (AD). This review discusses of pathogenesis AD, including its impact on β-amyloid (Aβ) pathology, Tau metabolic disorders, inflammation, mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammasome pyroptosis. Additionally, it reviews distinct roles isoforms, AMPKα2, which may provide more precise targets for future drug development AD.
