Background/Objectives: This systematic review evaluates the efficacy of quail egg-based supplements (QES) as an integrative remedy for treating allergic rhinitis. Methods: A comprehensive search PubMed, Scopus, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar was conducted up to January 2025 address research question. Results: total 294 studies were initially identified, with five clinical reports meeting inclusion criteria. Participant numbers ranged from 40 180 (median: 77), a balanced gender ratio. Four focused on rhinitis, one investigated nonsymptomatic atopic individuals exposed volatile allergens. The findings suggest that combination QES zinc significantly improves peak nasal inspiratory flow, mucociliary transport time, symptoms such rhinorrhea, congestion, itchy nose eyes, sneezing in patients Additionally, may reduce reliance standard symptomatic medications. intervention generally well tolerated, side effects being rare, mild, transient; however, should be avoided egg allergies.
