The main aim of this study is to get information about the effect Salvia miltiorrhiza (Red Sage Root) on bone mineral density (BMD) affected from osteoporosis, and effectivity ectosteric tanshinones CatK inhibitor isolated blocked, selectively, collagenase activity CatK, without affecting active site confirmed its bone-preserving activity. Methodology: This focuses development evaluation complex targeted osteoporosis treatment, with an emphasis safety minimal effects, it involves following Steps; Extraction Process, Preliminary Phytochemical Screening, Isolation Extract, Invitro Studies, Invivo Studies & Formulation solid Dosage form (Lep). Conclusion: Apart dietary medications chemical enriched medicines, herb has been found great importance in curing by improving 35 percent, any side-effects.
