Background Ovarian cancer is a serious disease that danger to woman’s life and health currently being extensively studied worldwide. TNFAIP8L3, member of the tumor necrosis family, plays significant role in immune regulation; however, its ovarian has not been fully reported. Method This study used data from 381 cases (OVCA) The Cancer Genome Analysis (TCGA)-OV analyze clinical phenotype TNFAIP8L3. Pearson correlation coefficients protein–protein interaction (PPI) network analyses were identify potential biological functions genes co-expressed with Gene Set Enrichment (GSEA) method was evaluate relevant regulatory pathways Variation performed proportions 24 cell types OVCA. Finally, nomogram multivariate COX regression analysis prove independent prognostic value TNFAIP8L3 Results A total 181 including 163 positively correlated 18 negatively genes. associated significantly enriched processes such as activation involved response leukocyte response.
