The genus Savory (Satureja L.) from the Lamiaceae Martinov family contains several dozen species of aromatic plants. scientific study chemical compounds and bioactivities varies significantly among within this genus. Certain species, such as Satureja montana L. hortensis L., are particularly renowned for their healing properties. They famous medicinal plants world medicine. This aimed to analyze chromatographic profile polyphenols essential oil in herb blue savory coerulea Janca) its cultivation Ukraine. Based on results obtained, it was crucial chemotaxonomic features identify therapeutic potential bioactive compounds. conducted GC/MS analysis indicated that major components decreased following order: thymol (33.18%) > o-cymene (14.42%) terpinen-4-ol (8.30%) γ-terpinene (7.25%). HPLC identified presence 10 flavonoids 9 phenolic acids. Among these, rosmarinic acid found be most dominant acid, with a concentration 13227.10 mg/kg. Regarding flavonoids, highest concentrations were observed luteolin-7-O-glucoside (7518.97 mg/kg) apigenin-7-O-glucoside (3513.28 mg/kg). findings highlight unique characteristics studied considerable further pharmacological research extract derived aerial part coerulea. These substances may provide source various molecules pharmaceutical industry.
