Regular physical effort produces metabolic changes manifested as adaptation to exercise and increasing performance. In humans these have been characterized at metabolome level depending on the discipline. However, all sports involve some of in protein, carbohydrate lipid metabolism. Recently, also performance horses subjected analyses, but similar studies were lacking dogs. this study we performed metabolomic analysis plasma Whippet dogs regularly trained competing coursing events, untrained same breed, fed with diet. We compared hematological blood biochemical results two groups Basic tests indicated that enzymes related metabolism (lipase gamma-glutamyltransferase) differed considerably between groups. Metabolomic confirmed shift expressed differences triacylglycerols levels training non-training dogs, aimed improving use fatty acids a source energy during exertion. Surprisingly, other classes metabolites only hardly changed when comparing Whippets.

Objective: Sweat is an important specimen of human metabolism, which can simply and non-invasively monitor the metabolic state body, its metabolites be used as biomarkers for disease diagnosis, while changes sweat before after exercise-induced fatigue are still unclear. Methods: In this experiment, high-performance chemical isotope labeling liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was to metabolomic 28 samples 14 long-distance runners, also IsoMS PRO SPSS22.0 software were analyze metabolite differential pathways. Results: A total 446 with high confidence identified, metabolome group high-intensity interval obvious, among upregulated mainly included hypoxanthine, pyruvate, several amino acids, etc., downregulated acid derivatives, vitamin B6, theophylline, etc. Conclusion: The change hypoxanthine concentration in a good biomarker diagnosis fatigue, pyruvate content discriminant index energy metabolism mode body exercise. main pathways involved produced HIIT purine metabolism.
