Pollen is a male flower gametophyte located in the anthers of stamens angiosperms and considerable source compounds with health protective potential. In present work, phytochemical screening was carried out as well analysis antioxidant antibacterial properties pollen extracts from Micromeria fruticosa, Achillea fragrantissima, Phoenix dactylifera growing wild Palestine. Phytochemical examined total flavonol, flavone phenolic content. The DPPH (1,2-Diphenyl-1-Picrylhydrazyl) FRAP (ferric reducing power) methods were used to assess propriety, disc diffusion, minimum inhibitory bactericidal concentration tests test extract’s activity against multidrug-resistant (MDR) clinical isolates. highest level found extract fruticosa (56.78 ± 0.49 mg GAE (Gallic Acid Equivalent)/g). flavonol content samples ranged 2.48 0.05 8.03 0.01 QE (Quercetin Equivalent)/g. IC50 values 0.047 0.039 mg/mL assays, respectively, showed greatest radical scavenging action. addition, this mild action microorganisms studied, MICs varying 0.625 10 inhibition diameters ranging 13.66 1.5 16.33 mm.

Cardiovascular disease is a leading cause of death globally, presenting an immense public and economic burden. Studies on cardioprotective foods their bioactive components are needed to address both personal health needs. Date fruit rich in polyphenols, particularly flavonoids, certain micronutrients, dietary fiber, which can impact vascular health, have the potential attenuate humans. Data from vitro animal studies report that consumption date or extracts modulate select markers plasma lipid levels including triglycerides cholesterol, indices oxidative stress inflammation, but human data scant. More investigation better characterize polyphenols unique compounds fractions, establish safe effective intake, delineate underlying mechanisms action. Implementing scientific rigor clinical trials assessment functional disease, such as flow-mediated dilation peripheral arterial tonometry, along with gut microbiome profiles would provide useful information respect health. Emerging supports notion intake be component healthy lifestyle for those seeking beneficial effects
