Salacia chinensis L. (Celastraceae) is an important antidiabetic and anticancer plant. Mangiferin a principal bioactive component of this plant well known for properties. The objectives the present study were to examine accumulation mangiferin in S. grown under vivo conditions, upon application abiotic (NaCl salicylic acid) biotic elicitors (mycorrhiza, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) fungal endophytes (Cladosporium tenuissimum Trichoderma atroviride). shows that metabolite was recorded all tested parts. Abstract Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don (Apocynaceae) is a well-studied herb renowned for its in vitro culture as source of the anti-cancer alkaloid, vincristine. However, despite recognized advantages triploid cells over diploid terms productivity, endosperm tissue this important medicinal plant has not been utilized initiation. In investigation, zygotic embryos and tissues were cultured on Murashige Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with various combinations auxins cytokinins. The containing 2.50 µM 6-Benzyladenine (BA) 1.25 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) proved to be most effective callus cell formation. Ploidy analysis using ploidy analyzer confirmed that endosperm-derived exhibited mixoploid, while embryo-derived remained diploid. Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC–MS) cultures grown MS media different auxins, cytokinins, elicitors, precursors (both biotic abiotic) revealed accumulation Notably, treatment elicitor derived from Aspergillus niger (300 mg/l) demonstrated superior efficacy promoting maximum vincristine biomass. Pokeweed, Phytolacca americana L., is considered a widely spreading invasive plant, while saponin contents accumulated in the roots have pharmaceutical uses, such as rheumatism treatments and anti-inflammation. Adventitious root cultures are an important source of diverse secondary metabolites, which significant applications various fields. This study focused on optimization parameters for induction using different medium states with auxins pokeweed leaf. Semisolid liquid MS (Murashige Skoog, 1962) media were supplemented indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) 1-naphthylacetic (NAA) at 0.5, 1, 2, 4 mg/L. Root growth parameters, e.g., percentage, numbers, length, weight, measured to determine adventitious efficiency. Total phenolic content, total flavonoid antioxidant activity recorded. Results showed that induced semisolid 0.5 mg/L NAA exhibited high density lateral roots. Appropriate state auxin determined 2 NAA.
